Abstract

In arsenal of the Department of people resources management there are a lot of influence methods on the employees of the enterprise. Thanks to them the Department fulfils its main problem – to form the employees and to make such conditions to use their potential in order to maximize the productive efficiency. A research was made in order to exposure the chances of influence on the Department of people resources. The research helped to determine the characteristics of the employees, on which the Department of people resources may influence, and the methods and factors helping to form the employees.
